- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Government doctor Kime is very arrogant. He often abuses Honorable Veterans and their families with his poor decisions. Unfortunately as a VA doctor he has no liability for his actions. He hides behind his government invulnerability. Another one of the VA doctors who can't get a job as a real doctor and instead works as a government employee.
